The setup of the place is amazing. Gorgeous vines falling from the ceiling, creating a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the fusion restaurant on the ground floor was a treat. I was impressed with the well-decorated bathrooms and the amazing staff. The location was perfect, close to the touristic areas in La Zona Colonial. One of the only hotels I would happily go back to! I highly recommend this hotel due to its beautiful ambiance, great food, and excellent service.

The attention to detail in this hotel is impressive, from the beautiful heritage building to the delightful courtyard seating area. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the old city center, with plenty of historical landmarks nearby.

The courtyard was a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast and relax. the location cannot be beaten, with easy access to many tourist areas. Two complementary facts that we enjoyed were the good fusion restaurant on the ground floor and the delicious breakfast made for us every morning. Lastly, the decor made for a homey feel that helped us relax throughout our stay.

Our room was noisy as the walls were thin, making it hard to sleep. , our room was small with no windows, which was worse than we had anticipated.

Great location in the heart of the historic district, close to restaurants and shops. The hotel has a charming courtyard with comfortable seating.- One of the staff members was very helpful and spoke good English.

The staff was late to give us our room, which was especially frustrating as we had requested an early check-in. They were initially rude about the delay and didn't seem to care much.
